The Murder of Louis Erebia: When Restorative Justice Kills

A True Hero

Louis Erebia, a devoted father and hero. After his son’s truck was stolen at gunpoint, Louis used GPS to track it down, confronted the thieves, and shielded a young family friend from gunfire — taking fatal shots to save him. A true hero whose life was cut short protecting his family and community. May God bless your soul, Louis.

On June 6, 2026, London Hogan Sr. carjacked a young man at gunpoint and killed his father — Louis Erebia, husband and father of five. Hogan, on probation for strangling a family member, faced four new felonies. Judge Te’iva Bell dismissed prosecutors’ motion to revoke, and sentenced him to 30 days. He walked after two days. Weeks later, Louis Erebia was dead.

Four Dead

Since 2021, at least four have been murdered by criminals she released:

Joshua Sandoval, 28 — May 2021

Devan Jordan, a Black male, released by Judge Bell, followed Sandoval home and shot him dead.

Jeffrey Johnson, 58 — June 2021

Jordan shot Johnson in his own garage. His wife survived. Johnson did not.

Jamie Torres, 26 — May 2023

A husband and father of four. Jaime Salinas was out on a $7,500 bond Judge Bell set, then reinstated after violating curfew. He murdered Torres for his truck.

Louis Erebia, 56 — June 2026

London Hogan Sr., Black, committed four new felonies on probation. Judge Bell refused to revoke probation. He served two days. Then he killed Louis Erebia.

Three wives without husbands. Nine children without fathers — from only the four murders we can name.

The Scale

Since 2021, 5,407 felony cases have been filed in her court. 40% — 2,173 cases — have been dismissed. Of those dismissals, at least 481 were violent felony charges: 139 Aggravated Assault of a Family Member, 116 Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, 93 Felon in Possession of a Firearm, 93 Assault Family Violence, and 40 Aggravated Robbery.

She dismisses domestic violence and firearms cases at 480% above the Harris County average.

Hundreds of violent felons released at rates as much as 4x the county average. The question is not whether more innocent citizens will be victimized by this judge, but how many more do we not yet know about?

Andy Kahan of Crime Stoppers Houston has tracked this for years. Over 200 murdered in Harris County by defendants free on multiple felony bonds — across every court. One judge. One court. How many more across Texas?

The Ideology

Judge Bell was endorsed by progressives dismantling what they call a “racist” justice system. Her philosophy: disproportionate Black incarceration is evidence of systemic bias, and a judge’s role is to keep Black defendants out of prison. It does not ask if a defendant is dangerous — only if he belongs to an oppressed group.

A Black judge releasing predominantly Black violent criminals because they are Black — criminals who then murder citizens who trusted the courts. A racist agenda wearing a judicial robe — paid for in blood.

The Silence of the Governor

Governor Greg Abbott has authority to act. He simply lacks the will. He signed bail reform, controls the Commission on Judicial Conduct, and appointed the man who tracks the body count to that Commission — Andy Kahan. Yet he has not named Judge Bell or directed an investigation.

This is why Constitution Party Texas has endorsed the Jenn Mack for Governor campaign — Texas Justice demands a Governor who will hold judges accountable.

The Consequences

The Constitution Party of Texas demands the following for Judge Te’iva Bell:

  1. 1

    Immediate removal from the bench.

  2. 2

Criminal prosecution for four counts of criminally negligent homicide.

She must be indicted and prosecuted. A jury of the citizens she betrayed can decide whether her criminal negligence warrants a life sentence, or if she should be put to death.

  3. 3

Personal restitution paid to the families of the victims, for the rest of her life.

  4. 4

A message to every like-minded official.

Advance an agenda — racial or otherwise — over justice, and innocent people die? You face the full weight of the law alongside the criminals you enabled.

The Foundation

The most basic, fundamental duty of government is to protect the innocent and punish the wicked. To reward good and bear the sword against evil. (Romans 13:4, HCSB)

A judge who places racial interests above lives and her sworn duties to the Constitution must face a sentence commensurate with the power she wielded and the trust she betrayed. The citizens are owed a reckoning.

Te’iva Bell is only a single example of the infiltration of racial advocates masquerading behind a robe. She must be the first to face justice for her crimes against the citizenry — but she must not be the last.
