Texas Deserves Better: Why the Establishment Fails Our Constitutional Future

As the gubernatorial race heats up between establishment candidates, Texans are left with empty promises. It is time to return to the constitutional principles that made Texas great.
As we approach the November 2026 election, the political landscape in Texas is dominated by a familiar, tired narrative. Recent polling shows a dead heat between the establishment candidates, yet neither side offers a genuine path toward restoring the constitutional order or securing our state's future. While the political class focuses on partisan bickering and federal-level distractions, the fundamental issues facing Texans—our power grid, water infrastructure, and the erosion of our personal liberties—remain unaddressed. The Constitution Party of Texas recognizes that the current system is not broken; it is functioning exactly as the establishment intends, prioritizing special interests over the sovereignty of the people. We have seen a consistent failure to uphold the 10th Amendment, with state leaders often deferring to federal overreach or failing to exercise the state's rightful authority to protect its citizens. Whether it is the instability of our energy grid or the lack of true accountability in our government, the status quo is a failure of leadership. We do not need more of the same. We need a return to the original intent of our founding documents. We need leaders who view the Constitution not as a suggestion, but as the supreme law of the land. This is why the Constitution Party of Texas has endorsed Jenn Mack for Governor. Jenn Mack is not a product of the political machine; she is an Independent Constitutionist who understands that the government exists to serve the people, not the other way around. Her platform of Faith, Family, and Freedom is the antidote to the bureaucratic stagnation we see in Austin today. If you are tired of choosing between two sides of the same coin, it is time to support a candidate who puts Texas first. Join us in this movement to restore our state.
