Texas Deserves Better Than the Status Quo

As the political establishment continues to prioritize partisan games over the needs of our families, the Constitution Party of Texas offers a path back to true liberty.
As we approach the final stretch of the 2026 election cycle, the headlines are dominated by the same tired narratives from the two major parties. Whether it is the focus on midterm polling or the endless legal battles over maps and systems, the political establishment in Austin and Washington remains disconnected from the daily struggles of the average Texan. While the political class obsesses over power, our families are left to deal with the consequences of a failing power grid, insecure borders, and an economy that feels increasingly out of reach. The Constitution Party of Texas recognizes that the current system is not broken by accident; it is broken by design. Both major parties have consistently demonstrated a willingness to trade our constitutional rights for political expediency. From the erosion of property rights to the failure to uphold the 10th Amendment, the status quo is a direct threat to the sovereignty of our state and the liberty of our citizens. We do not need more of the same. We need a return to the original intent of our founding documents. We need leadership that puts Faith, Family, and Freedom above party loyalty. This is why the Constitution Party of Texas is proud to support Jenn Mack in her write-in campaign for Governor. Jenn Mack is not a creature of the establishment. She is a Texan who understands that our government exists to protect our God-given rights, not to manage our decline. Her platform—focused on securing our border, protecting the sanctity of life, and ensuring our infrastructure is built for the future—is the bold, principled vision Texas needs. It is time to stop settling for the lesser of two evils. It is time to vote for a candidate who answers to the people, not the political machine. Join us in this movement to restore constitutional government to the Lone Star State.
