Beyond the Austin Duopoly: Restoring Constitutional Liberty to Texas

Neither major party in Austin has protected Texas infrastructure or property rights. Texans have a principled alternative this November by writing in Jenn Mack.

For years, the political establishment in Austin has promised to defend Texas sovereignty, protect our critical resources, and relieve the crushing burden placed on working families. Yet season after season, Texans are left footing the bill for ballooning state budgets, skyrocketing property taxes, and a vulnerable power grid and water infrastructure strained by crony handouts.

The truth is evident to anyone watching: the two-party duopoly has failed the Lone Star State. Both establishment Republicans and Democrats routinely subordinate constitutional boundaries to corporate subsidies, federal entanglements, and runaway spending. While career politicians manage public relations campaigns, everyday Texans bear the consequences in their pocketbooks and in their homes.

The Texas and U.S. Constitutions were crafted to protect individual liberty, private property, and genuine self-governance. Under the 10th Amendment, Texas possesses the sovereign authority and the duty to secure its own borders, safeguard its vital infrastructure, and protect the sanctity of life and family. True constitutional governance does not mean passing symbolic gestures while leaving local landowners exposed and parents sidelined.

Texans do not have to settle for the status quo. We do not have to accept an endless cycle of bipartisan compromise that chips away at fundamental rights. There is a constitutional solution on the ballot this fall.

The Constitution Party of Texas is proud to stand behind our endorsed write-in candidate for Governor, Jenn Mack. Campaigning on Faith, Family, and Freedom, Jenn Mack answers to no establishment donors or entrenched lobby machines. Her platform places Texas first: phasing out abusive property taxes, reinforcing our power grid and water systems, securing our borders under state authority, and defending innocent life.

This November, make your vote count for principle over party. Learn how you can write in Jenn Mack for Governor at jennmackfortexas.com and stand with us in restoring the Republic at constitutionpartytx.org.
